Stella Domo is a design + build studio specializing in rapid assembly ADUs (Accessory Dwelling Units). In preparation for the launch of their debut product, the Holiday Domo, Stella enlisted The Graphic Standard to refresh the company’s identity and design system as well as create a small but mighty promotional site for the Holiday Domo. Much of the design system is derived from a simple concept found in the logo mark. The outer container and nested rectangles used in the design of the mark represent the company’s three-phase master plan. The first phase is the individual ADU; the second phase scales that concept to multi-family housing; the third and final phase is to apply their learnings and innovative processes to tackle mass-market affordable, sustainable housing.
